Brief about the role:

Here the position will support in overall accounts & finance process of group company, and will also support in software implementation of accounting system with clients for various projects. The position should be flexible in traveling across country (India) & abroad for various projects. The position will also correspond with all the taxation and government matters with regards to accounts & finance. Candidate with end to end accountancy knowledge including GST & balance sheet filling will be preferred.

Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday working.

 

Week Off:Sunday fixed weekly off

 

Required Qualification: Only Post graduate in M.Com/ MBA/ CA Intermediate

 

Required Skills: Good written & verbal English communication, excel & PPT knowledge, presentation, negotiation & convincing skills with strong learning and adaptability attitude. Great accounts & financial process knowledge. Previous experience in working an implementing accounts software like SAP etc will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Duties you will be involved with include:

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
• Prepare legal documents and prospectuses
• Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies
• Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations 
• Involve in implementation of finance software implementation at client site for various projects.
• Correspond with government bodies in accounts & finance matters when needed.
