Position: Senior Software Engineer (ROR Developer)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Timing: 09.00am to 06.00pm
Working Days & Week Off: 6 days a week, and fixed weekly off on Sunday’s.
Salary: Up to INR 12.0 LPA. (Based on individuals skills & experience, negotiable for right fit candidates).
Software Engineer responsibilities include:
- Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Testing and deploying programs and systems
- Fixing and improving existing software
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Qualification & Skillset requirements:
- Should be a graduate in IT stream
- Should have 2+ years of experience in ROR DevelopmentProven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
- Proven work experience in software development
- Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery
- Experience developing highly interactive applications
- A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
- Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
- Good knowledge of relational databases
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
- Proven work experience in software development
- Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and jQuery
- Experience developing highly interactive applications
- A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
- Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
- Good knowledge of relational databases
