Position: Executive Trainee- Software Implementation

Experience: Freshers

Stipend:

· 1st Year- INR 8K P.M.
· 2nd year performance-based hike and converted on company’s payroll.

Objective of this Role:

· Implementation of HMIS & EDMS solution at client side
· Onsite and/or Online L1 level Support to Customers/ Clients

Responsibilities:

· HMIS & EDMS Implementation onsite
· Project planning, execution and presentation
· End User Training on software (Individual and Group)
· Understanding of Customer Problem and give them proper support with resolution
· Test the full functional process flow before implementing at customer end
· Understand customers requirement and explain/ coordinate with project manager/ development head for functionality development.
· Manage Customers Smartly with cool minded approach

Qualification & Skill set requirements: 

BA/ MA, B. Com/ M. Com, BBA/ MBA
Good in English communication
Strong Learning Attitude
Good presentation, negotiation and convincing skills.

Note: This position should be ready to travel across India and overseas for project implementation at client site as and when require d. They should have passport or need to apply within 3 months of joining.
