Job Type: Full Time

Work Type: Office Based & Temp Home Based (based on organizations requirement employee needs to report office immediately).

Required Gender: Male & Female

Required Age: 25 - 40 Years

Job Shift: Day Shift

Shift Timings: General shift (09.00am to 06.00pm)

Working Days & Week off: 6 days working with 1 day fixed off on weekends i.e. sun off.

Required Qualification: Any Graduate

Qualification Specification: Education in HR domain or specific certification in Human
Resource will be preferred.

Required Experience: 3-5 Years

Experience Specification: Must have experience in statutory & compliance management as per Indian labor policy and CLRA requirements.

Offered Remuneration: INR 4.0LPA- 5.0LPA (Salary is offered based on individuals skills & experience and negotiable for right fit candidate).

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendar for monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual activity of statutory compliance & CLRA Audit
  • Continuously upgrading and gathering information of changes in CLRA, Labor law & statutory compliances rules & regulations and sharing the update with relevant team to incorporate the changes wherever required (Compliance monthly meeting to be held between 21th-24th of the month)
  • Responsible for coordinating with HR team for timely- Deductions & payments of LWF, ESI, PF, PT etc., as per statutory norms and its filling for all locations as per statutory norms and labor policy
  • Coordinating and liaising with appropriate and applicable govt. bodies and internal management team for certification and registration or renewal of any compliance related permission/ certification or periodical filling of compliances or any new or further requirements such as new PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonuses etc.
  • Ensuring advance coordination with HR & accounts team for timely registration, renewal, filling and deduction or payment of ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF or any other applicable compliance requirements for all applicable locations
  • Responsible for submitting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly MIS reports along with compliance calendar and plan of further compliance activity and status
  • Responsible for team & client audit (CLRA) management, coordination with other department, training to the other resources where ever needed and delivering result as expected by the management
  • Responsible for resolving the escalation and issues in relation with compliance with employee, process, procedure, govt. bodies, client, third party auditor etc.
  • Responsible to ensure appropriate policy and procedures are followed within the organization for ESI, PF, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, insurance, leave, holidays etc.
