Srishti Software is now hiring Software Engineer Trainee in Bangalore, HSR Layout | All IT stream fresher candidates can apply In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.
- Position: Software Engineer Trainee
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Timing: 09.00am to 06.00pm
- Working Days & Week Off: 6 days a week, and fixed weekly off on Sunday’s.
- Tenure: 3 Years
Stipend:
1st Year: First six months- INR 8K P.M., After six month- INR 15K P.M.
2nd Year: 25K P.M. Converted to on-roll.
3rd Years: Performance based hike as per company policy.
Software Engineer Trainee responsibilities include:
- Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Testing and deploying programs and systems
- Fixing and improving existing software
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Qualification & Skillset requirements:
- Should be a graduate in IT stream (B.Sc CS/ BCA/ MCA/ BE/ B. Tech etc) with minimum 50% marks.
- Should be good in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails technology will be preferred.
- Good in English communication
- Strong Learning Attitude

Service Condition:
Candidate who completes the training and serves the organization for minimum period of three years, only they will be provided the service/ experience certificate.
Service discontinuation for whatsoever reason before the completion of engagement tenure will be treated as violation and no service certificate/ experience letter will be provided in such case.
A performing candidate can also be converted to permanent on roll employment from 2nd years onward, only if the performance of the candidates is very good.
